Meet Your Mission-aligned Strategic Planning Consultants.

We are your partners for collaboration in outcome-based strategic planning, program design, and strength-based facilitation.

defining our why

Who We Are

We are a small, boutique consultancy that values relationships first.

We also bring the perspective of lived experience – as our team members have themselves or have family members who have experienced disability.

We have been at the “receiving end” of systems and programs that are well-intentioned, but unsuccessful.

These experiences drive a desire for improvement, and we listened to Socrates, who said,

The secret to change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
